The human brain is not wired to come upwith a good business idea. Ego, bias, and overthinking often get in theway. So, what if you could outsource thewhole process to AI? AI.Well, the models just haven’t reallybeen powerful enough for this, but it’sabout to change. And that’s exactly whatwe’re going to show you today because Ibrought in one of the smartest people inthe space, Steph France. Today, we’regoing to walk through something calledthe gold mining framework. Six tools, five prompts, 45 minutes. We’ll go fromnothing to a potential million-dollarbusiness idea and a complete landingpage to go with it without writing asingle line of code or copy. What’s evencooler is you can follow along step bystep, and at the end of this video, youcan have one too. Watching this videowill potentially change the way youthink about ideas forever. So, let’s go.I’m Pat Walls, and this is the StarterStory Playbook.

Welcome, Steph, welcome to the channel.I’m glad to have you on. So, you’re goingto show off today your new frameworkthat you haven’t unveiled yet, which isthe gold mining framework. Could youWalk us through that? Hi Pat. So I’mreally glad to be here. At first, I’mSteph France. I qualify myself as acurious marketer, and I love thegame of marketing, and I’m lookingforward to presenting this framework. Sothis is a landing page for a co-parentingapp. The landing page was created onlywith this framework, A to Z. And if youhave some knowledge in marketing, youcan see that this is really goodmarketing copy. This landing pagewas created in an hour. Beforestarting the process, I had absolutelyno idea about any problem in this niche.

The cool thing is that it takes allthe pain points, all the wording fromthe people in this industry and puts themin the landing page. So it literallytells the customer theirpain points in their own language and onboarding. Okay. All right. Let’s divein. Steph, can we go over what is thefirst step of the framework? Thefirst step is to find a market toexplore. The idea is to start with whatyou have some edge in or what you areinterested in within the three coremarkets, which are health, wealth, andrelationships. These are markets thatSure, people are okay to spend money. Soyou are already reducing the risk. So

let’s take an example, and we would onlyopen the health market. Within thismarket, we have a lot, a lot ofcategories, subcategories, niches, subniches, and subsubniches. We can go very, very deep inthis market. But for now, let’s say forexample, you are really intostress management, but you think, “Okay, that’s not enough. I want morestress management.” Fine. In this case,we are going to use a prompt. It’s themarket idea expander. And the goal isthat if you put a subniche, anysubniche or subcategory, it willcontinue to expand in the category you wantto dig into. And this is a little trick.

Markdown is a language that needs to beused as much as possible when we talkwith LLMs. So instead of just copying andpasting, it works as well, but it’s reallybetter if we copy as Markdown. So wekeep the structure of the prompt. TheLLM we work with doesn’t matter. You canpick the one you like. I tend to preferworking with Claude for different reasons. The first is that I think it’s the mosthuman-like LLM.

Copyrighting is good and there ismore emotion in copyrighting. Ialways tend to go with Claude whenever Ican, and when I need something specific. For example, the 1 million token, uh,context window in the same conversationwould lead me to choose Germany forexample. But for the sake of thisexample, we won’t go too far into thesize. So we will work with Claude.

All right. So I simply copy the code andI just did Ctrl + V and then I have theprompt that is copied here. And that’sfine if it looks like that. It’s justthat Claude reads the markdown thiswell. Now it says, “Okay, I’m ready tohelp you. Just tell me which market doyou want to go into?” So we said tostress management and now we have atfirst we have health; this is stressmanagement. Thenbelow stress management, we havephysical stress relief, massage therapy, breathing techniques, mental stressmanagement, and then within those we havemeditation, guided meditation, and mindfulness meditation. All thosepotential markets can be the market thatyou are going to explore. And now thedecision is for you to first explore.

What you like, then, it’s what you have anedge on, which means, do you haveknowledge? Do you have a network? Do youhave anything that can be at youradvantage to go into this market? Or if youdon’t have any, then just pick one thatsounds good. Okay, so we talked abouthow to find a market. Now, how do wevalidate that there’s demand for thismarket, or what do we do next? When wefirst pick a market, we don’t know ifit’s a good market to go into. And that’swhat step two is all about. We useGoogle as well as a Chrome extensionwhich is Keyword Everywhere to quicklyfind the volume of searches and allrelated keywords that can orient usuntil we find something that isinteresting to go further, to digdeeper. Then we look at the list thatwe have. For example, let’s say Swedishmassage. It’s still a big one. And thenI could find potentially anothersub-niche by looking into the differentprograms. What do we have? Best massagetechniques, massage therapy descriptions,Swedish massage history. Okay, if I godown, I have Swedish massage near me.

Okay, 20,000 searches. This is a veryinteresting query. And then we useGoogle Trends, which is one of the besttools to use when it comes to marketresearch, helps us know if we have a trendingmarket or at least a stable market. Andnow we have switched messages, and we wantto understand the difference betweensearch term and topic. Topic willbasically take all the related searchterms on Google and also in all differentlanguages. So when you have a topic, it’salready like it’s a big thing. Sometimesyou only have a search term, but when youhave a topic, you just use the topic, andfor this sake, we can see that it is thetrending market. Actually, it’s not toobad; there is some kind of fluctuationand we can see that probably here inCOVID, where it was not crazy. It’s a wellestablished trend because usually when a trend hasso much research, you won’t see thosevery big spikes. Here you have them, so Iwouldn’t say it’s a solid trend becausewe can see it’s up and down, but it’s agood trend. So we know for Swedishmessages, it’s a good one, but it could bebetter. Now let’s look at other ones.

For example, if I go back to my threecore markets and I go to relationshiphere in family relationships, we haveparenting.

I have a lot of things, way more than that. But one that I have explored previouslyand that I found there is a lot ofdemand for is co-parenting. And if I startdigging into co-parenting, let’s see whatwe have. So here we have 40,000 searches. And if we dig into it a little bit more,we can see co-parenting apps. That’sinteresting, which means people arealready aware that there are apps outthere, maybe, or they’re looking for it.Okay, co-parenting concealing. So thatmeans I have a problem. I’m looking fora solution: co-parenting classes. Okay,I need someone to help me. Those arevery good signs. And now if I do thesame and I use Google Trends, here Ihave a topic again, which is

cool. This is a good solid trend. Sothere are less fluctuations, andit’s a growing trend. So here we are nottalking about all the AI huge trend thatgoes up and down, and the tool comes upand it dies three months after. Here we aretalking about human needs. Yeah, societychanges that create needs that aregrowing and growing and growing, andthose markets are big. So creating abusiness in the co-parenting niche istotally viable. Doesn’t mean that asAs long as you are in theparenting niche, you succeed. But atleast it’s definitely possible to find aproblem and solve it in the parentingniche. Okay, so we validated the demand.

Now what do we do next? We are now atthe third step of the framework. We wantto gather data. Now we need to findwhere people are talking about theirfrustrations, their pain aboutco-parenting specifically, and the bestmind we actually have is Reddit. Why?

Because Reddit is literally the place onthe internet where the world is talkingand sharing their problems. There is this anonymous kind ofmindset and long conversations on Redditthat makes it a real gold mine when itcomes to finding customer pain points. Soin step three, we go on Google tofind Reddit threads. But we will use aspecial query with advancedsearch on Google to surface the Redditthreads where people are talking abouttheir problems and expressing their pain. Sowe go straight to the point where theimportant part is for us to gather.

So I think I feel I have been uhm, I experienced all thewords that would filter someone.

That is experiencing, explaining, orasking about a specific problem. It’snot 100% right, but it filters a lot ofanswers compared to what we could haveonly with the Reddit search. So I simplycopy this one, which you also have herewithin the document — is the Google query. So you have a market to explore. You justput your market here, copy that, and goonGoogle. And now this is the moment wherewe need to be careful and do the thing Imentioned earlier, which is carefully readand choose the right thread. Inthis case, we’re not going to be spending an hour reading, but I wouldtend to always go into it and make sure

that all the subreddits that I choose arerelevant. For example, this one, we have60 comments and it was 5 monthsago. This is co-parenting and this isfrom the subreddit co-parenting. So, weare right into what we are looking forhere. How did you make your peace withco-parenting? Definitely about promptsjust when you think you have this wholeco-parenting thing. Okay, 40 comments onemonth ago. I guess this one is probablyinteresting. Share the positiveexperience with co-parenting. Why not? IfYou don’t have better, why not?

Co-parenting. I was wrong. Okay. Here wehave a blended family for the subredditstruggling with current partners’perspective on, okay, we are going to keepit short, but you can go on and on. Nowthe next step is going to be extremelysimple. We are going to copy and paste. So we simply open a text block. I copy thethe complete thread, enter three dashesjust to say to the AI, “Okay, I’m havinganotherthread.” Putting that on the side. Okay, nextone. Let’s go down right away and moveup. Going backto my text

block here. Paste thread, dash next thread. Sometimes it can be alot of data. In this case, we just workwith a few. But if you have like 20 Redditthreads, good. All right. So nowwe’ve got all of our data. We’ve got all ofour Reddit threads. What’s next? Allright. So step four now we processthe data. And for that, we have threemajor prompts that we are going to useone after the other. The first one willextract all the pain points and refinethem. So we have different categoriesand we have quotes from the people.

Attached to the specific pain point. All right. So we just come to the Google Doc,copy as markdown, and we go back to Claude.New chat, brand new chat, and we simplycopy here on Claude. You can just copylike that. Now I’m just grabbing mydata and I’m pasting here.

Same. So we have first the title, thedesignation of the pain point, and then wehave a small description. So parentsfeel pressure to maintain unrealisticfriendly relationships with ex-partnersfor the sake of their children, oftenat the expense of their own boundariesor current relationships. And the cool thing is we have here quotes from theconversation that are related to thispain point here. For example, it’s hard toco-parent with your abuser, which is avery good one. I find this type of poston Reddit helpful; I feel the need to share yourco-parenting success, but don’t makestatements like, “Try your absolute hardestto do this for the kids.” We can see thatthose are deep conversations, and they areall related to this specific pain point.

And if we go down, we have navigatingnew relationships while co-parenting. Sothat’s another set of problems. Thendealing with high conflict andNeglectful ex-partners.

Probably another one: emotional labor,an imbalance in blended families. I don’tknow exactly. Okay, parents feel theirshoulder is an unequal burden of emotionaland practical labor in blendedfamilies, especially when caring forstepchildren without the reciprocal care oftheir biological children. That’s a morecomplex one, but this is the kindof thing that you can only come up withwhen you go deep into this kind ofconversation.

So let’s move on to the next one: themarket gap generator, which will take allthose pain points and a framework whichincludes new parading new technologydifferentiation. Basically, how to findgood business ideas in a saturatedmarket, which like every market issaturated. This is why it’s trained onthis framework. Now we copy everything.Ctrl + A, copy as markdown. Come back hereand thenpaste and let it run. Now it’s going towork from the framework before and comeup with different business ideas. Herewe have the different marketsegmentation framework, it’s theapproach of finding business ideas.

Those three business ideas are withinthis framework. Okay, solution one:Coherent Ally Conflict Focus Co-ParentingPlatform. The description is a specialistplatform designed specificallyfor high-conflict co-parenting situations, with built-in documentation tools, communication filters. I think this oneis really interesting, and third-partyimagination features. That’s a veryinteresting concept. Now, we have a productdifferentiation framework, so, uh, child-centered transition tool. Okay, aspecialized application focused solelyon making children’s transitions betweenhouseholds less traumatic, withpre-transition preparation tools, emotional check-ins, and structuralhandoff protocols. That sounds pretty good.

And then the last part is when we pick a businessidea, which means it’s just a simplechoice. This is the one I’m interestedin. We have the landing page promptcreator, which will take all thelearnings we have from the business idea wewant to create, and we’ll transform it intoprompts that we are going to use to create our landing page. The last one is a little bit confusing because weI have a prompt to create a prompt tofinally create our landing page, but it’sonly copy and paste. Let’s pick the onethat talks to you the most, and wesimply highlight it and copy it. And nowwe are going to just tell Claude this isthe one I want to gofor. Allright. And now we are going to pass thenext prompt, which is the landing pageprompt creator. What is this prompt?

Just before we go into it, I am going tosimply let it run, and then I willexplain. Now I just pass theprompt and run. So this prompt isbasically made from researchspecifically on Loable, the tool thatallows you to create apps very fast. This specific tool. The research wentout there on the internet. Basically,CHPT went out there on the internet andlooked for all the best practices tocreate prompts for Loableas well as all the documentation aboutLoable, gathered everything, and thenfrom that, I created a prompt that ismade to take all the data that we havehere in the context and create anew prompt specifically for Loable, using all the best practices to prompt.

For Loable. Okay, so we’ve processed allthe data and we’ve come up with ourmaster prompt. What’s next? So now wehave our prompt that normally, ifeverything works, we just put that intoLoable and we have our landing page. We’re not going to read that one becauseit’s made by AI for AI. So it’spretty boring, but we are simply going tocopy it, and we go into Loable, and thenwe start running.

Whoa, look at that.Let’s publish.Allright. Transform custody transitionsfrom tearful breakdowns to peacefulgoodbyes for separated parents whosechildren struggle with householdtransitions. Transition Garden providesstructured tools to reduce anxiety andcreate predictable, child-centeredhandoffs without requiring a perfectco-parenting relationship. Wow. Okay.

We have the features: child-friendlyhandoff tools. Oh, nice. Uh, structured handoffprotocol that minimizes parent conflictduringexchanges. Emotional check-in systemdesigned by a childpsychologist. You have to execute onThat, but it’s a good feature.

Documentation helps identify andaddress transition patterns. Yeah. Andwe even have a nice FAQ. Do Bosarneed to use Transition Garden for it towork? Uh, what age?And we have a form. Wow. That’s it. Wehave it. Yeah, we have it. That’samazing. I mean, there you guys have it.That is the gold mining framework. Ireally wanted to just get it from ideato landing page and see if we could doit. And we did. And I don’t thinkthere’s any video or any lesson likethis on YouTube currently. And it justblows my mind, you know, these AI toolsand how this is going to change how, youknow, how you can find ideas. But whatwould be the next steps for someone?Let’s say they went through this wholeprocess in turning this into a realidea. You mentioned maybe talking tosome customers or something like that.

So if I may push one of my YouTubevideos, I have a YouTube videothat is actually exactly for that. Whatwe just saw takes one big part of thewhole process. But this video from 0 to1 explains how you can think of usinga quiz to create a waiting list askingThe right question. Because even thoughyou have the perfect landing page withthe perfect copy for a very specificprogram in a trendy market, going fromthere to having the business and having anapp running is still a lot of work. Andyes, a cursor can do it fast, but no,it’s still a lot of work. And before yougo into that, you can, if you are familiarwith those tools, then just build it andtry it and post everywhere. And then if you have users, it’s fine. Youcan go build first and then see. Butif you are not sure, and if it’s a lotof time investment and if your time isreduced, then I would always go byvalidating again. And for that, I love touse quizzes. So you simply tell people, you show the page, and then on thepage, there is a popup that says, "Thankyou for being here. The app isin development right now. We are a smallteam, and we would love to have your takeon your current program. Would youmind answering a few questions?

You ask a few questions and you say, “Doyou want us to let you know when the appis out there?” And most people would say, yes. And then you have a list. You canpost everywhere about that, and you grow.

Your list. And you decide foryourself. Okay, when I have 100people on my waiting list, I’m buildingthe app as fast as I can. You buildit. You launch it to the list via emailthe way you prefer, and itstarts. Perfect. Okay. All right. If youguys want to get access to this rightnow and you want to use this yourself, just click the first link in thedescription. We put it all in there andit’s totally free. Thank you guysfor watching. I hope you enjoyed this.Leave a comment if you’d like to haveSteph come back on and share morebusiness idea frameworks or evenpotentially some marketing and growthframeworks as well. Thanks forcoming on, Steph. That was awesome. Ithink this is going to change the world.

All right, I hope you guys enjoyed thisvideo. I really think that this is justan amazing space to be right now.Building in AI and building with AItools. And look, these AI coding toolsare powerful, but they’re not magic yet. It’s still really early days. I knowthat this space can feel reallyoverwhelming and it’s moving reallyfast. So, it’s important to have theThe right system and right framework tofollow. So, shameless plug here, butwe’ve been working on something for awhile. If you’re watching this, and you found anidea and you want to take action on thatidea, well, I’m excited to announceStarter Story Build, which is ourplatform for learning AI tools andlearning how to leverage AI tools toturn them into real ideas and real apps.

Our flagship program is the AI appaccelerator. This is way more than justa course or a video on how to buildstuff. You get to walk away with areal-world app built completely with AI,plus skills that might just change yourlife. Not only will you learn how to usethese tools and build things you neverthought possible, but this program willgive you structure, accountability, andpush you to actually take action, get itdone, and ship. What’s even cooler is wehave office hours with AI coding expertsto help you when you eventually getstuck, because everyone gets stuck. Andthere’s a whole other cohort of peoplebuilding alongside you and buildingapps. So, if you’re curious aboutactually building something and you wantto surround yourself with other builders.
