1. Ideation & validation

  • Write down daily problems; pursue the one you can’t stop thinking about. Browse Flippa / Acquire (filter by most profitable) to see what apps already earn.
  • Validate with Sensor Tower + Google Trends + social-media virality.
  • Marketing mindset is the sole reason for success — before building Puff Count he listed quit-vaping TikToks and their view counts in a sheet to prove marketability. A great unmarketable app is worth $0.
  • Brain-dump → paper wireframe.

  • TikTok market research → replicate viral formats (hook/problem/CTA) → post daily → cross-post everywhere. Optimize the hard paywall in Superwall.

4. Scale with paid ads

  • Build organic creative library → upload winners to paid → optimize up the event funnel → 1:3 CAC:LTV ($21 CAC / $70 LTV). See paid-ads-scaling.
  • Build a small team (freelancer Yori for dev/optimization).
  • Ends pitching Posted (his “99designs for content/TikTok creators”).
